French Dip Sandwiches
This recipe my husband and I first tried at his sisters place. We Really liked it and now we make it now at least once a month or two! We Personally like the provolone or mozzarella cheese the best. And as for myself...I don't care to dip the french dip...funny, I know! I like to just pour a bit of the juices over the meat once its one the roll ;)
Give that a try...and see what ya think!...unless you like the sogginess of the bread, of course! Here is what you'll need...
French Dip Sandwiches
Ingredients:
(2.5-3) lb. beef roast (you can use a frozen roast if you want)
Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper
(2) 1-ounce packages dry onion soup mix
2 c. water
2 cans beef broth
6-8 large buns (or more…6 would be VERY generous servings!)

Tbsp. olive oil

(2) 1-ounce packages dry onion soup mix
2 c. water
2 cans beef broth
6-8 large buns (or more…6 would be VERY generous servings!)
